HOW TO APPLY FOR BS EMERGENCY & CLINICAL MEDICINE TECHNOLOGY 


Application Forms shall be filled out online.Online Application is divided into 3 Steps

Step 1: Personal, Academic, and Test Information

Step 2:Application Processing Fee challan

           Download Fee Challan

           Upload Paid Fee Challan

Step 3: Application Status

            Candidates are required to scan and attach the following mandatory documents with Online Application Form.

1. Passport Size Photograph

2. Candidate’s CNIC/B-Form.

3. Father/Guardian’s CNIC.

4.SSC/O-Level Equivalence Certificate.

5. HSSC/ A-Level Equivalence Certificate

6. Domicile

7. NUMS MDCAT-2022 (Held on 16 Oct 2022), if applicable

After successful completion of Step 1 Personal, Academic, and Test Information, then click the “Submit” button.

At Step 2 the candidate will be able to print the Application Processing Fee Challan.

Candidates are required to visit the nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit the application processing fee @ Rs 3500/- (Non-Refundable) latest by Friday 28 July 2023 at 4:00 PM PST.

After depositing the fee, scan the bank stamped “Paid Fee Challan (NUMS Copy)” and attach it to the online Application Form at step 2, then click the “Final Submit”.

Note: Applications shall be submitted through the online admission and registration portal only. Hard copies are not acceptable.

Table of Specification for Online NUMS Admission Test which will be conducted on Tuesday, 15 August 2023.

The timings and instructions for the applicants to appear in the Online NUMS Admission Test will be available on NUMS Website after the closing of Admissions.

Note: NUMS MDCAT -2022 held on 16 Oct 2022 is also Valid for Admission.
