Admission Notice for Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) Program

King Edward Medical University Lahore issued Notice for Admissions in Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) Program 2025-29.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Matriculation or equivalent securing a minimum of 60% Marks.

2. Candidate must have passed obtaining minimum 65% marks, in higher secondary school certificate (HSSC) or F.Sc (Premedical) or equivalent examination having minimum twelve years of education: or

3. For A level Candidates, they must have passed

obtaining minimum 65% marks on the aggregate, an examination of a course from a foreign university or examination body or foreign education system with at least three sciences subjects i-e Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Mathematics, and such course must have been duly certified by the Inter Boards Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) as equivalent to higher secondary school certificate (HSSC) or F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or intermediate level of Pakistan.

4. He/She must have Fresh MDCAT result. The result of last year's MDCAT (i.e. MDCAT-2023) shall not be valid for seeking in the session 2025-29.

5. Domicile: Punjab

6. One (01) merit based reserved seat for AJK/Baluchistan Gilgit Baltistan of Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT).

Merit Calculation:

Matric:    10%                F.Sc:      45 %          MDCAT:      45%

Application Farm And Submission:

1. Application form of Doctor of Physiotherapy may be collected from School of Physiotherapy, Mayo Hospital/KEMU, Lahore or can be downloaded from www.kemu.edu.pk.

2. Two sets of application along with relevant documents will be acceptable

3. Admission processing fee can only be deposited in Allied Bank, KEMU/Mayo Hospital Branch, Lahore or Pay order of Rs. 300 in favor of Vice Chancellor, KEMU will also be acceptable. 4. Admission forms should be completed in all respect along with all required documents.
